Bush's Torture Policy

Did you catch Addison's testimony last week? Basically if he had just shown up with a big "Fuck this" written on his t-shirt, that would have pretty much summed it up.
Does this administration really just thumb it's nose at accountability and the Legislative leg of this so called system of government with checks and balances?
They have lawyers for the lawyers, each with their own perception of the law. Now, the SCOTUS is trying to "interpret" the Constitution to apply what they thought the founding fathers "intended" to say. Well, I guess I can agree with the "all MEN are created equal" thingy....that was intended to say "all Human Beings are created equal"...they kind of dropped the ink well on that one.
I really used to be all about the President being corrupt and a slimebag, but I think that is just a mute point now. I really think the sleeze comes straight from the Office of the Vice President. His cronies were the ones who penned the torture memos, his office was the one who held secret meetings with energy company officials(pre-9/11) before his terrorism task force met (post 9/11 btw), Haliburton no-bids, and he outed covert op Valerie Plame. He shot his friend in the freaking face. They don't call him "Dick" for nothing. Addington is one of his knights in this round table of shame and moral-corruptness. But you have to give Addington some cred, I guess he could have opted for the "phone-it-in" version that Rove wanted to give the Committee.
Don't you miss the days where the VP just bitched and moaned and embarassed himself at spelling bees?
Just wake up people...there won't be an election in November. Bush will declare martial law after invading Iran around..... I say..... Late September, early October. Just a predict.
Peace ya'll

Scott Kalitta dad's Kalitta Air connected to military and CIA

On Saturday, June 21, 2008, Scott Kalitta, funny car driver, was killed when his car crashed and burst into flames.
Scott Kalitta's funny car was sponsored by his family's air freight company, Kalitta Air.
On Sunday, May28, a 25 year old Boeing 747 Kalitta jet, N704CK, crashed on take-off from Brussels airport. The specific plane is one of four of the company’s 747-200F’s and it regularly flies on Kalitta’s European cargo service to New York and Chicago, according to the company’s web schedule.
Amnesty International has reported that Kalitta Air has been linked to “covert intelligence and military operations” but unlike other CIA contractors that appear to be dummy companies run by fictitious individuals, it was founded by a Conrad Kalitta, a retired U.S. drag racing driver.
The plane was carrying 76 tons of cargo, half of which Belgian media reported to be mail. Details of the remaining cargo were not revealed.
In 2006, the U.S. military spent about $1.2 million to bring home the dead on commercial flights. The military sought a more "dignified" way of transport and awarded Kalitta Air the contract. The six-month Kalitta contract is worth up to $11 million.
According to a French report:
The flight also appears Sunday struck quirks: arrived Saturday between 16 and 17 hours, it returned Sunday to 13 am 30. A period quite unusual for a simple "refueling" Newark between the USA and Bahrain. A period which raises questions about possible repair work that would have been made that would not stem the blackout treated. . The aircraft has also violated the conditions of wind off with a knot tailwind, which is prohibited by day at Zaventem.
The question of the exact cargo of the plane accident was also raised. The flight was chartered by DHL, which is why it is spent by Brussels rather than Bierset, where two planes Kalitta arise each day. They pay the fuel more expensive, but officially earn time and therefore rights airport. Monday evening, while the rumour was that military equipment is on board, the U.S. embassy in Brussels wished to clarify that the Boeing 747 contained diplomatic courier. The permanent presence of U.S. military near the carcass not explained the need to monitor courier, a usual procedure.

In 2003 Kalitta air was awarded 18million plus from the Department of Defense. Of course, in 2003 the CIA carried out most of it's "rendition flights". Of course this was also at the height of the war and Kalitta could be carrying cargo.
More later......

Bush for high crimes and misdemeanors. In his conduct while President of the United States, George W. Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has committed the following abuses of power.

The Next First Lady

With all that has been said about Michelle Obama, ("loose cannon", "isn't proud of her country") I have yet to see any real reasons why she wouldn't be a great First Lady. In fact, I think it would be refreshing to have young children in the White House again, reminicent of the Kennedy White House.
As far as Cindy McCain goes, I think she should have served time for prescription fraud and for stealing narcotics. Her husband used his position to influence the DEA investigation against CRIMES Ms. McCain committed against her own charity. She recieved not a slap on the wrist. She committed a crime that puts people away everyday in this country.
If this race becomes a "Kerry/Bush bake off" of Michelle and Cindy's favorite cookie recipes (oh so vintage 2003), don't be surprised if Cindy's come out with some Vicodin in them.
Now, don't tell me if Hillary had been stealing prescriptions and ripping off her charity to get high, the vultures at the GOP wouldn't have sent Bill packing back to Hope in 1992......
Cindy McCain isn't off limits....

From the Ann Coulter Diaries

Yeah, I read Ann Coulter. Kind of like the "fight them over there" mentality, I read Ann so you don't have to.

But this post was so absurd, I could even believe I was actually reading it. I was morbidly curious and anxiously waiting for the punch line

From http://www.anncoulter.com/:
"... yes, the man responsible for keeping Americans safe from another terrorist attack on American soil for nearly seven years now will go down in history as one of America's greatest presidents."
Are you serious Ann? He will go down in history as one of the biggest mistakes America ever made.
To coin a phrase from my favorite male prostitute/white house press corp "journalist", is Ann "divorced from reality?"
" Merely taking out Saddam Hussein and his winsome sons Uday and Qusay (Hussein family slogan: "We're the Rape Room People!") constitutes a greater humanitarian accomplishment than anything Bill Clinton ever did -- and I'm including remembering Monica's name on the sixth sexual encounter."
Saddam the big bad guy. Basically we invaded a soverign nation. Funny Ann doesn't mention Bush's failure to capture the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks, a 6 foot tall arab with a trick kidney, Osama Bin Laden.
"But unlike liberals, who are so anxious to send American troops to Rwanda or Darfur, Republicans oppose deploying U.S. troops for purely humanitarian purposes. We invaded Iraq to protect America."
Yet, when Clinton DIDN'T send troops for purely humanitarian purposes, the Repukes got their tightie whities in a binch.
"It is unquestionable that Bush has made this country safe by keeping Islamic lunatics pinned down fighting our troops in Iraq. In the past few years, our brave troops have killed more than 20,000 al-Qaida and other Islamic militants in Iraq alone. That's 20,000 terrorists who will never board a plane headed for JFK -- or a landmark building, for that matter. We are, in fact, fighting them over there so we don't have to fight them at, say, the corner of 72nd and Columbus in Manhattan -- the mere mention of which never fails to enrage liberals, which is why you should say it as often as possible."
Why you should say it as often as possible, is because it is the ONLY thing the Repukes have. Still no mention of Bin Laden.....
"The Iraq war has been a stunning success. The Iraqi army is "standing up" (as they say), fat Muqtada al-Sadr --the Dr. Phil of Islamofascist radicalism -- has waddled off in retreat to Iran, and Sadr City and Basra are no longer war zones. Our servicemen must be baffled by the constant nay-saying coming from their own country."
Stunning success? I have yet to find one single article, one single publication, one single report of congress that concurs with our fair maiden Ann.....
And I guess one could say "waddled off in retreat to Iran" is clever Ann-speak for "has evaded our pursuit, yet again."
"Monthly casualties in Iraq now come in slightly lower than a weekend with Anna Nicole Smith. According to a CNN report last week, for the entire month of May, there were only 19 troop deaths in Iraq. (Last year, five people on average were shot every day in Chicago.) With Iraqi deaths at an all-time low, Iraq is safer than Detroit -- although the Middle Eastern food is still better in Detroit."
I have never had Middle Eastern food in Detroit, so I am not sure about that. But comparing front line deaths and casualties to people getting shot in Chicago, is a little misleading. Comparatively speaking the ratios to Chicago residents to troops, the troop deaths outnumber Chicago shootings. Plus, a death to shooting deaths comparason would be more accurate. And, the Anna Nicole Smith mention was low, even for Ann. Maybe she should have said "monthly casualties in Iraq now come in slightly lower than the number of gay Republican Congressmen who solicit young pages, or strangers in airport bathrooms."
"Al-Qaida is virtually destroyed, surprising even the CIA."......" It's almost as if there's been some sort of "surge" going on, as strange as that sounds. Just this week, The New York Times reported that al-Qaida and other terrorist groups in Southeast Asia have all but disappeared, starved of money and support. The U.S. and Australia have been working closely with the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia, sending them counterterrorism equipment and personnel. But no one notices when 9/11 doesn't happen."
I think al-Qaida "scattered" is a much more accurate analysis. Yet no mention of the Taliban. In fact, this week hundreds of Taliban escaped from prison in Afghanistan. Remember Afghanistan Ann???????? Yeah, Bush doesn't either.
Yeah, kind of how no one notices when 9/11 didn't happen on Clinton's watch. He had his 9/11 in 1993, and thrwarted another attack on LAX. But lets not talk about Clinton's successes. (balancing the budget, reforming welfare, unsurpassed times of peace, etc.) Lets just don't forget to mention Monica in an article Ann. I mean, that is news.....
But liberals have only blind hatred for Bush -- and for those brute American interrogators who do not supply extra helpings of béarnaise sauce to the little darlings at Guantanamo with sufficient alacrity."
Just because the consitution is on soft supple paper, does NOT mean you can wipe your ass with it. And I am pretty sure that people like McCain would have a problem with the US giving the finger to the Geneva Convention. I know for a fact you would not want a captured US soldier to be treated like we have treated enemy combatants. Rendention, torture, etc. It isn't okay just cause we do it. There is no excuse.
"The sheer repetition of lies about Bush is wearing people down. There is not a liberal in this country worthy of kissing Bush's rear end, but the weakest members of the herd run from Bush. Compared to the lickspittles denying and attacking him, "
I wouldn't walk across the street to shake Bush's hand, much less want to kiss his ass. I don't know anyone who would want to.
"Bush is a moral giant -- if that's not damning with faint praise. John McCain should be so lucky as to be running for Bush's third term. Then he might have a chance."
A moral giant. Holy shit. This man gave orders from the Oval Office to committ treason. This man gave the order to spy on Americans. This man gave the order to wage war against a soverign nation that had nothing to do with 9/11. This man hired Brownie, among other completely incompetent and unworthy Bushites. Abu-Garab, no bid contracts, numerous "homosexual" scandals, billions of American tax dollars missing in Iraq, strong-arming whistleblowers, Alberto Gonzo, stolen elections and disinfranchised American voters, on and on and on.....
No matter how you twist it, those are the facts.
I hope John McCain runs for Bush's "third term". He will remind the American voters of the continuous failures of the Bush administration. Too many to list.

Ann keeps writing this shit so people will read. We can't help but find insanity in the off the wall, crazy, stupid crap she is going to say. I guess when we stop reading and stop watching her almost crack-infused interviews, she will just disappear into the nothingness.
We can only hope.

John McCain said on Friday of the GitMo Detainee hoopla......

"The United States Supreme Court yesterday rendered a decision which I think is one of the worst decisions in the history of this country,"

Really....

What about in 2000 when they delivered the presidency to George Bush. They just can't stop fucking stuff up up there......

Has Scalia been playing Sudoku during hearings again???

Geez.....

God forbid the High Court actually uphold the laws of this country....wtf.....

More gay republican news......

More Gay Republican Humor

At the National Press Club dinner, Dick Cheney was speaking and Jeff Gannon was in the audience......in awe, and sucking down oysters....
I posed this question to Jeffers....."How could you eat with Dick Cheney speaking??"
Duh.
Jeff is used to eating with a Dick in front of him...
Ba Dum Dum!

Those crazy Log Cabins....

Glenn Murphy Jr., the former head of Indiana’s Clark County Republican Party and chairman of the Young Republican National Federation was just hanging out with a friend ("victim") one eve and just like so many "Boys' Nights" end up, Murphy's victim awoke to Glenn's mouth around his penis.......
The victim of course, sued.
Murphy was going to fight the charges until the prosecution said they could dig up three other men who said he’d pulled the old “whoops how did your dick end up in my mouth?” trick on them.
Maybe a good defense would be "I was on Ambien". I hear you do some freaky shit on that stuff.
